Born in the UK, Stephen Buttigieg moved to the island of Malta at the age of ten and now resides in Belgium. Though he wrote poetry prolifically until age 21, a traumatic experience involving the loss of one of his poems led him to stop. Over three decades later, the isolation of lockdown reignited his passion for writing.
