As I near my sixtieth birthday, I reflect on significant changes over the years, particularly technological advancements. From my first computer with minimal memory to the powerful smartphones of today, the changes are astonishing. I ponder time travel and the impact it would have on my younger self discovering such technology, yet I conclude that learning from the past remains our greatest hope.

New Boundaries
I met @amarenamusik in Malta and joined Saro’s musical improvisation at @rootzsoulbar, reciting an Italian poem about life. The experience was a highlight of my summer.
